AKRON — The Triton 5th grade girls traveled to the Akron Tournament on Saturday. The Lady Trojans defeated Mentone 24-8 in the semi-final game. In the championship game, Triton managed to outscore North Miami 15-12 for the tourney crown. The 4-1 Trojans are back in action tonight at Mentone 5:00 pm. Triton is coached by Lana Hostrawser and Melissa LaShure.
