Also to note, Lena Doll happened to be the winning pitcher and recorded a save in this game after coming back in to pitch in the 7th to seal the win.

Coach Krull's Report: Behind a run-rule loss to the Lady Warriors, we were able to find some positives. We improved in the field slightly from our prior game, only having 3 errors today. We did have some troubles getting our bats to wake up, but we had some very quality at-bats throughout the day.

Coach Krull's Report: If you do happen to run our game against Whitko, I would like to take a moment and say thank you to the Whitko Softball Program and Head Coach Scott Krieg, on taking a moment to recognize me before the game, list off all of my accomplishments, and welcome me home. It meant a lot to me.The Lady Trojans found themselves playing their best ball of the season yesterday against the Wildcats. In a nail-biting, 1-0 ball game, Lena Doll led the way for the Trojans on the mound. Striking out 5, not giving up a single free base, and leaving 7 runners stranded for the Wildcats. Lena Doll also had the sole RBI last night with a timely hit in the top of the 3rd to score Mylie Groves and then held them down the rest of the game on the mound to give her team the win. Lena Doll had GRIT last night, and our defense came to play.
